We may collect information needed to operate and improve Scroll Heroes: Shinobi Epoch, including device identifiers, IP address, approximate region, language settings, gameplay progress, character collection activity, battle results, upgrade events, crash diagnostics, analytics events, and support messages.
If the game offers cloud saves, events, leaderboards, account recovery, or similar online features, we may process account identifiers, platform user IDs, and gameplay-related profile information.

We do not intentionally store complete card numbers or payment authentication credentials.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate the game, save progress, deliver purchased items, process purchases and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain account and gameplay security, diagnose crashes, improve performance, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Gameplay and analytics information helps us balance difficulty, improve events, identify bugs, localize content, and understand whether features such as hero collection, equipment upgrades, team formations, rewards, and arena rankings are working as intended.

Scroll Heroes: Shinobi Epoch may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising, attribution, cloud saves, in-app purchases, online checkout, fraud prevention, and payment dispute handling. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.
Purchases may be processed by Google Play or another authorized payment provider. Payment providers may process transaction, device, fraud-prevention, and payment-method information to authorize, settle, refund, and report payments.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, analyze, monetize, process payments for, or support the game, or when required by law.
We may share limited transaction and account information with app stores, payment processors, anti-fraud vendors, analytics providers, advertising partners, cloud infrastructure vendors, and customer support tools so they can provide services on our behalf.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or platform compliance obligations.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting skynews7672@gmail.com. Some purchase, refund, security, or dispute records may need to be retained where required by law or payment network rules.
